Sharing the love...
So today I feel better, not quite well enough to run marathons or compete in the Olympics (where the only category I qualify in is the submarines of useless knowledge event), but definately better than the warmed over death feeling of the past two days. Unfortunately we seem to have shared the infection with our dear friend Troy, who now can also have the fun of being a walking snot machine. I'm sure he's thankful...really.
I have begun the laundry. For some reason they have never invented disposable clothes. Well they have those 7 dollar store establishments I have found are the wear once and throw away because if you try to wash them, they run or tear in interesting patterns. Laundry is a neverending process in this household. It never gets caught up. Or if it does get washed/dried/folded it wanders its way around the house in piles never to see the inside of a closet or drawer, until it unfolds and ends up back in the pile possibly unworn but in a state of confusion regarding its identity. I wonder if when we go to sleep the laundry has meetings and support groups. "No Jean! I'm not dirty I swear, just ambiguous!"
Perhaps I should lay off the cold meds for a while...

Bah, it's really not all that bad. The ironic thing is that I probably would have stuck it out at work if I hadn't taken non-drowsy Dayquil, which made me drowsy. Yeah...
