I was wandering around the net today and found this gem from OGHC. And all I could think of was wtf? The white background red cross theme has been on every first aid kit I've ever bought. Hell its on just about everything medical related, but not "red cross" related. Don't they have something better to do than mess with something that everyone in the world just about recognizes as help? I mean gee let's just dump some money into lawyers and lawsuits, those guys over in New Orleans/Gulf Coast/Iran/wherever will be fine for another couple of months...

Argh. First of all, it's a freaking RED PLUS on a white background. What's next, lawsuits because I trademarked a red heart? ( Ya know, playing cards )
Second, as a trademark holder, don't they have to show persistant due dilligance in protecting it's mark? As stated, countless cartoons, comics, movies, TV shows, magazines, video games, etc, have used the mark for decades. I think, if this ever does reach a court, it will be a matter of too little, too late.
